Yury Dubrovsky is a seasoned financial risk executive with over three decades of experience spanning investment management, banking, and technology. Most recently, he served as Chief Risk Officer at Lazard and Lazard Asset Management, where he led global risk strategy, governance, and oversight across market, credit, operational, and enterprise risk functions from 2005 to 2023.

During his tenure at Lazard, Dubrovsky played a key role in navigating the firm through numerous market cycles, establishing robust risk infrastructures, and advising senior leadership on portfolio risk exposures, crisis management, and strategic initiatives. His expertise extends across mutual funds, equity and credit derivatives, structured products, and global macro trading.

Before joining Lazard, Dubrovsky held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan, focusing on exposure management, emerging markets, and risk modeling. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Software Engineer at AT&T, grounding his financial acumen in strong analytical and technical foundations.

Dubrovsky’s skill set includes enterprise risk management, FX and credit derivatives, team leadership, investment analysis, and quantitative finance.
