Ryan Tolkin is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, a hedge fund management firm. Prior to joining Schonfeld, Ryan was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Though, Ryan’s career began in high school when he first developed trading strategies.
Schonfeld became founded in 1988 and has grown to become one of the largest multi-manager hedge fund firms in the world, with offices in 7 countries around the world – 19 total.
Tolkin joined as CIO in 2013. Assumed additional title of CEO in 2016. Today, he remains CEO and CIO.
Schonfeld has been investing in systematic strategies since 2007.
