What does a no-fly zone mean in Ukraine?
Ukraine’s request for a no-fly zone allows enforcement States’ aircraft to 1) be present in Ukrainian airspace and 2) employ force against Russian aircraft violating that zone.

Here is an argument against a no-fly zone:
If you want to see the Russian’s “Varsity” team come play, then put in a no fly zone. It is clear that the Russians are sending in their JV team because destroying Ukraine is unpopular in Russia. If NATO is stupid enough to put in a no fly zone, then Russia will deploy their electronic weapons and “turn off” the NATO fighters. That will kill and injure a LOT of NATO pilots.The financial integration between East and West made world war impossible.
Is Putin Losing?
You can’t nuke people that have Russian and Chinese money in their banks. It is estimated that the financial industry might take a write-down of up to $120B on Russian assets. That is a self-inflicted wound. Since the US is forcing the West to cut off Russia, nuclear war becomes feasible again. That was a TERRIBLE decision unless you want to fight Russia in the future.
We have war hawks that are dummies who think that they can take Russia. They will learn the hard way that even if Russia loses, winning isn’t going to feel very fun.
I believe that France and Germany will eventually leave NATO. This war did not have to happen. The economic conditions of all of the big players are too fragile to be doing this. However, the Russians have wanted to push back on NATO’s expansion for at least three years. Putin has been the one holding up the war. The Europeans will get tired of fighting American proxy wars and leave, Poland has been cleared to send the MiGs, but they do not want the risk of being attacked by Russia since the US does not guarantee they would back them up. If it were Trump, he would have backed them up without question.
Then again, Trump would have probably talked Putin out of the strike. China did not want them to do it, but they understand why they have to.
I would encourage analysts to look at this situation logically. Europe’s economy has been weak for a long time. What do they gain out of the Russia-Ukraine war? Nothing. What does Ukraine gain? Nothing. Russia is not going to take over Europe. Russia is going to restructure their economy and then send a force down to Syria to permanently stabilize that country. They are tired of being put on the wall by the US. As a result, they are going to go on offense. It is not the fault of the Ukrainian people, but it IS the fault of the Ukrainian government. They did the CIA’s dirty work and got nothing for it for their people.
