CEO and co-founder of Quantbot technologies LP a quantitative investment management company. Before co-founding Quantbot was co-head of Merrill Lynch’s statistical arbitrage proprietary trading group (QSA), original founding member of the group responsible for creating a new global business from scratch. Before joining Merrill was a senior member of Morgan Stanley’s equity trading lab (ETL) proprietary trading group, responsible for developing statistical arbitrage black box automated trading strategies. Prior to ETL various senior technology roles at Morgan Stanley, an Internet startup and major European software company.
