Mike Lock AQR Capital Management On Machine Learning & Data
Mike will join the 17.15 – PANEL DISCUSSION: Future of Machine Learning & Data at the Cornell Financial Engineering Manhattan 2022 Future of Finance Conference
Mike Lock is an Executive Director and founding member of the Machine Learning group at AQR. He is also on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Financial Data Science. Before entering finance, Mike held a postdoctoral fellowship in mathematics shared between the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute (MSRI) in Berkeley and the University of Texas. Moreover, his research was primarily in the fields of differential geometry, geometric analysis, and complex geometry. Mike earned a PhD in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and a BA in mathematics from Columbia University.
