Lincer was attending a baptism ceremony at the lake when he heroically attempted to rescue a teenage girl from drowning. While the girl was successfully revived, Lincer lost his life in the process. Lincer’s selfless act of bravery reflects the loving and courageous person he was, and his loss has deeply impacted his family, friends, and the entire community.
