Kristin is the co-founder and President of CrossTower. CrossTower, a Web 3.0 infrastructure company offering financial products.
Over the course of her career, Kristin has built several businesses. She founded and built the Structured Products & Derivatives department at Schulte Roth, where she launched and structured many complex financial products. Kristin also co-founded DARLA (the Digital Asset Regulatory Legal Alliance — www.darla.io) in 2018, whose mission is to help shape policy regarding digital assets. In addition, Kristin co-founded True Positive Technologies — https://www.truepositive.com, to assist in the integration of machine learning into traditional trading techniques. Moreover, Kristin also founded and served as the CEO of Women in Derivatives (WIND — www.womeninderivatives.org), a nonprofit with over 8,000 senior female executives, whose mission is to develop women leaders.
Kristin frequently lectures at universities, trade organizations and other forums and writes articles on a variety of trading, financial and regulatory topics. Lastly, she is an advocate for, investor in, and mentor to entrepreneurs and a strong advocate for women’s professional development.
