Tragic Stabbing in Southern California: Mother Fatally Attacked by Boyfriend in Front of Children
Simi Valley, CA – A devastating incident unfolded on Friday evening when a woman was brutally stabbed to death by her boyfriend in front of her children, according to local authorities.
The Simi Valley Police Department revealed in a statement on Sunday that they received an emergency call at 6:04 p.m. on Friday from the victim’s daughter, who reported that her mother was being attacked by her live-in partner.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers arrested 34-year-old Raymond Rivas of Simi Valley without resistance. According to police, the victim, Jessica Tinoco, also 34 and a resident of Simi Valley, was found inside the home with severe stab wounds to her face, chest, and abdomen.
