ISS Space Station Evacuation Panic
Astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) have been advised to prepare for potential evacuation due to mounting structural concerns. NASA and Russia’s Roscosmos have identified critical risks stemming from cracks and oxygen leaks, particularly in the aging Russian service module, where a leak has persisted since 2019. NASA’s Office of the Inspector General has labeled these issues a top safety concern.
Moreover, temporary patches have slowed the leaks, but officials warn that the situation could worsen, jeopardizing the station’s structural integrity as it nears its planned retirement. Permanent solutions are being considered.
We will pray for the safe return of all of those currently on board the ISS.
