The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified 22-year-old Isaac W. Brown as the victim of a fatal vehicle-versus-pedestrian crash that occurred early Sunday morning in east Allen County. The accident happened just before 2 a.m. in the 5400 block of Thimlar Road, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene, with the coroner’s office confirming that he died from multiple blunt force injuries. His death has been officially ruled an accident.
