• Eddie Manheimer is a Managing Director in the Global Power & Utility Group, where he serves as Head of North American Power, Utility and Clean Technology M&A. Joining Morgan Stanley in 2008, Eddie has worked many strategic advisory and financing assignments across the power, utility and clean energy sectors 

• Moreover, Eddie served as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Power & Utility Group from 2013 to 2018. Furthermore, prior to Morgan Stanley, Eddie worked at Proskauer Rose LLP as a corporate attorney 

• Lastly, Eddie received a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude). In addition, a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Class of 2008 Top Scholar)
