Jacob Jordan is the Head of Alternative Research at Surveyor Capital, a long/short equity strategy within Citadel. In this role he leads a team of data scientists utilizing Alternative Data to provide the firm’s fundamental analysts with proprietary insights and analytics. He also oversees the firm’s primary research team, gathering quantitative and qualitative insights from bespoke surveys.
Prior to joining Citadel, Jacob worked in data science and quantitative research at Ziff Brothers Investments. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and PhD in Physics from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Cornell University.
