The institution gained university status in 2005, marked by the inauguration by the Chief Minister of Punjab.
The University boasts a variety of departments offering specialized programs. The Faculty of Management Sciences, for instance, emphasizes a modern, project-based approach to learning, covering fields like Business Administration and Digital Marketing. The Architecture Department offers a five-year program leading to a professional license.
Similarly, departments dedicated to Engineering, Technology, Fashion Design, Health Sciences, and Law offer a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, all designed to equip students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

Notably, the University places a strong emphasis on holistic development, encouraging participation in clubs and societies alongside academic pursuits. Furthermore, its Career Counseling and Placement Center provides valuable guidance and resources for both academic and career advancement, enhancing the overall student experience.

Let’s look at the numbers:
The monthly cost of living in Lahore for a student could range from PKR 25,000 to 60,000 (or more), depending on lifestyle choices. Therefore, on an annual basis, a student might expect to spend approximately PKR 300,000 to 720,000. Moreover, it’s important to note that these figures are approximate and actual expenses can vary. Also, currency fluctuations might affect these costs.
