CC Sabathia Hall Of Fame Analysis

Cubs Assistant GM Ehsan Bokhari

CC Sabathia Hall Of Fame Analysis In the case of CC Sabathia going to the Hof with 3000 strikeouts, 14 of the 16 pitchers who have struck out 3000 or more batters are in the hall of fame. The exceptions are Roger Clemens and Curt schilling.

Five of the sixteen pitchers have not won three hundred games. Moreover, Bert Blyleven with 287 wins, Ferguson Jenkins with 284 wins, Bob Gibson with 251 wins, Pedro Martinez with 219 wins, Curt Schilling with 216 wins and John Smoltz with 213 wins.

Why is Barry Bonds not in the Hall of Fame?

Furthermore CC’s 2009 MVP season was one of the greatest pitching performances for a single season in the history of the game.

Smoltz has the least wins who is in the 3000 strikeouts club. In addition, only three don’t have a world series ring.

Gaylord Perry, Phil Niekro and Ferguson Jenkins. Only Fergie didn’t get a chance to get into postseason. So it looks pretty good for CC to get into the Hall of Fame once he gets his 3000 strikeouts. When that will be, is another matter, but it seems he is destined for it.

CC was also a pillar of New York and the fans loved him.
