Around 4:54 a.m., Geneva and Batavia Police, along with the Batavia Fire Department, responded to the crash near the intersection of Route 25 and Fabyan Parkway. Emergency teams found the crash scene just before the foot of the Fox River bridge, where Diaz’s 1999 Chevrolet Silverado had veered off course.
